PROJECT MONOCEROS

In this experiment, I sketched out some possible outcomes for the guidelines defined by CIA, in order to get the idea of how/in what ways UFOs or UAPs would enter the public domain.


* how big or small the UFO is
* if it's landed or still flying
* environments, where UFOs could be encountered
* other witnesses?
* smartphone vs pro camera > produce different results
* vertical, horizontal
* where do poor images come into the picture? (pun)


Maybe the next experiment would be to turn these into photographs and take math and physics into account.
